PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Stone34 project demonstrates what is possible when owners, builders, and tenants deeply collaborate on a common vision. This new construction, 140,000 square foot LEED Platinum BD+C and O+M certified building uses 80% less energy than a typical office building. A rigorous measurement and verification requirement ensured that building performance truly matched the intended sustainable design goals. CMS provided a Multistack modular heat recovery chiller and Innovent DOAS AHUs for this innovative project.
