PROJECT DESCRIPTION
As one of the largest privately owned colocation data centers in the country, Sabey demands highly efficient and cost effective mechanical systems. CMS partnered with Sabey’s design and construction team to provide Innovent custom evaporative-cooled air handling units that enable the facility to run in economizer mode for the majority of the year. A 3,000 ton Multistack air-cooled chiller plant provides chilled water for the air handlers, and Multistack’s modular design allows for inherent N+1 redundancy.
