PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Yakama Legends Casino expansion includes a six-story, 200-room hotel and conference center, a 50,000 square foot expansion of the casino’s gaming floor, and a 5,000-square foot spa. CMS assisted the design/build mechanical contractor with mechanical design. Large DX Rooftop AHUs with heat recovery were provided for the gaming floors as well as fancoils for the remaining spaces and hotel rooms. York equipment was chosen to straddle the balance between energy efficiency and cost.
