PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The new Auburn High School was a multi-phase project resulting in the complete replacement of the old Auburn High School, originally constructed in 1950, on the same site. The new school houses 2,200 students in 247,000 square feet, and contains an extremely wide variety of equipment represented by Custom Mechanical Solutions. Innovent heat recovery units, a Canariis custom variable-speed pumping package, York Solution air handling units, bkm ReverseFlow 90%-effective heat recovery units, York variable speed air-cooled chillers, Rittling cabinet unit heaters, Johnson Controls VAV boxes, Valent semi-custom packaged rooftop units, and Rittling hydronic unit heaters and finned tube. Nearly every part of the HVAC system in the new Auburn High School contains equipment provided by CMS.
